Workflow Network is joining up with Slack to create a new way for you to interact with other customers that are using Workflow Network products. If you are currently using our products or want to know more about how Workflow Network can help you and your team, join the conversation today!
I’m New, What Do I Do?
1.) Download the Slack app, if you don't already have it.
2.) Click the button above to join the Workflow Network on Slack.
3.) When you receive your invitation via email, sign into the app. You can choose your adventure by muting or leaving channels (click on the channel name, and then the gear icon). Click on Channels to see a full list of what’s out there.
4.) Head over to #introductions and let everyone know who you are, where you’re from, and which Workflow Network app(s) you use. By sharing your areas of expertise and interests, your fellow members know what to come to you for.
5.) Check out all of the channel options and join whichever ones you’d like.
*If you have any issues signing up, we would love to help! Contact us at: https://workflow.network/app-support-contact/
What's This All About?
Here at Workflows Network we love our team, we love software, and we love our customers. This gives an opportunity for our customers to chat with each other and help each other out. Our team will pop in from time to time, and possibly even schedule some AMA’s (Ask Me Anything) with the leadership team.
Rules of Engagement
Let’s all remember to treat each other right. That means no offensive language, objectionable content, or general un-constructive criticism of each other. If we see something that we think isn’t appropriate, we reserve the right to remove members at our discretion.
What If I Have a Support-Related Question? Can I Get Help Here?
This Slack community wasn’t designed for support issues. We have a super friendly and knowledgeable team that you can easily contact by going to https://workflow.network/support
Any General Ways I Can Contribute To The Community?
• Share your favorite best practices and pro tips
• Post pictures or plans of your church layout (for Scriptviewer and LiveTime)
• Ask questions about how other folks are using our features
• Offer your own productivity tips
Hey everyone! My name is Dylan Hofmann, and I help with marketing and support for Workflow Network. Although I am new to the team, I am not new to Workflow Network or its products.
I have been using Workflow Network’s products for over two years. I came across these products because I needed a solution to help improve the systems and operation of our weekend services. The applications I have used made a tremendous impact on my team, and the quality of our production ministry improved greatly. I believe in these products so much, and I know they can help take your message further than ever before.
So if you’re like me and need help improving your systems, I would love to help you! If you would like to connect or have any questions, send me an email at dylan@workflow.network
